Throughout my 25 years in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Business Audit I have delivered significant and sustained business change and improvement.
 

Gaining a rapid appreciation of a situation, understanding risks and constraints, identifying a solution to deliver the outcome you want in a controlled and effective way are key strengths of mine built up through experience of working in very dynamic and challenging markets across the globe.

My approach whether for an interim assignment, consultancy or project is to ensure there is clarity on objectives and expected outcomes on both sides, hands on involvement and engagement across all levels of the business.

 

My leadership approach is that of the "Servant Leader" supporting and coaching individuals and teams build skills and confidence for the future making them more engaged, innovative and empowered to deliver excellence.
